I have to run the mk677 half dose the first two weeks. Still experience some bloat but not nearly as bad. But definitely helps ! Mk 677 is great with eating and sleeping and adding lean muscle. But the bloat is often times to much for some. That's why I recommend starting half dose. I know many people take a diuretic to try and help with the bloat. Like dandelion and magnesium citrate..

That's what I have do try next time is a low dose, I get muscle gut like over night. One thing that HGH and peps do to me is distenion. Every time..

yes in beginning using only roids i never have distention, but when i beggin using hgh and peptides like IGF Lr3 i got it and i developed a umbelical hernia from it.
