No excuses !!! I dont have money to pay gym ! Gym is closed because of covid19! I dont have time to go to gym ! But you have alot outdoor places to train or even at home.
You dont have time??? you dont have 40 minutes per day to do your workout ? of couse you have , just take this time from the time you wast on cellphone .
I beggin 23 years ago and i have all your problems and even worst because no places outdoor to train , but i do concret weights and during 10 years i train with them because no money to gyms - No excuses people .
Training with this conditions and 100% natural i build this shape
