For those of you (men) worried about AAS's effects on fertility...
I'm not here to tell you that you or everyone will have the same fortune as me. I'm not here to tell you to go ahead and abuse AAS like I did and you will have no problems. I'm simply here to share my experience and let you know that steroids are not necessarily a death sentence for your fertility.
I did my first AAS cycle about 10 years ago at 23 years old. I did a mix of Ostarine, and Toremifene for PCT. Needless to say the Ostarine inhibited my recovery and I was left with a total testosterone level of 199ng/dL at 23 years old. I wasted no time getting on TRT. I blasted and cruised my way through my 20's. I went from 8-12 week cruises 2-3 times a year to 4-8 week cruises once a year, to not cruising at all and just switching compounds every several months. The last 3 or so years has been a constant blast of alternating compounds. HCG was used religiously at first...then the last few years it was used sporadically, then the last year it was not used at all until I was trying to conceive.
My usage history went something like this...
-(Year 1): 1st cycle (23 years old) - failed recovery due to Ostarine use during PCT. Got on TRT at 200mg/week.
-(Years 1-4): blast & cruised. 8-12 week cruises 2-3 times a year. HCG used religiously.
-(Years 5-7): cruises reduced to 4-8 weeks once per year. HCG used for a few months here and there with long breaks in between.
-(Years 7-9): Constant blast, no cruising. Alternating compounds. HCG used once or twice for a few months.
-(Year 10): Constant blast. Same as above. HCG no used at all.
-(End of year 10): Trying for a baby. I start using HCG again for a few months at 250iu twice a week. Still blasting.
We started trying in November. Due to illness (covid) we were only able to give it 2 solid tries since November. Found out last week she's pregnant. After all that use and abuse it only took 2 tries, and I never even came off or dropped to a cruise...
Definitely do not abuse AAS like I did...but also try not to worry too much if you're in a similar boat as I was. Everyone's different but I think for the most part if you're a healthy young-ish dude you should be fine. Just use your HCG and cycle responsibly. (I know I know I'm a hypocrite).

This is a topic that needs to be shared and talked about me often..
I can go on endlessly about how many people I know that have been ON, come off, or TRT and have had kids..
But..... this doesn't mean skip out on employing HCG, clomid and other ancillaries during and after PED use..
