Just donated blood yesterday.
Anybody else donate blood regularly? My hemoglobin runs high so I try and dump some. I also donate for people in need

Nice man. I think donating is almost always a good idea 2 to 3 times a years if your cycling. I also take baby aspirin on the regular just to be safe.

Used to donate every 8-12 weeks like clockwork but I'll admit I've grown lazy and lost interest. I don't even know what my Hematocrit is at right now. Probly got yogurt blood.
