Day before night supplements (30-1h before bedtime)

-Vitamin D3 + K2
- Melatonin 3-6mg (drug).

In the morning automatically after waking up (Caffeine 100mg - tablet) + (before important things in 5-6h)
Don't take coffee after 3/4pm for no sleep problems!
Caffeine increases cortisol, which we have a separate morning anyway - but if you have a total problem with waking up, it can be beneficial for you if you have to be active from the very morning.

Then, in the meantime, we are looking for an end so as not to fly so non-stop. The body adapts to the dose of caffeine.

Often the lack of energy is in addition to being original.
Hormonal problems that result from stress (Prolactin, Estradiol)

Nice Post - i love MII not only for sleeping but for better mood - it is very good adptogen

100mgs of caffeine is like a small cup of coffee, try using 200mgs. Thats my sweet spot for caffeine and like X-steroid said Melatonin helps me sleep deep, I use 20mgs haha but Im a special case of turning my brain off at night

Fix the sleep. Don't throw more drugs and stims at it

You know what, now it occurred to me.

Do a full cholesterol panel, liver, thyroid test.

If you get up every day and you don't want anything, 80% of you have a problem with one of these organs.

It is worth investigating and starting treatment. Maybe you also have diabetes?

Either way, without results, it's divination by the ball..
