We want to hear your AAS/training/diet related sins. We all know what we SHOULD be doing...but do we actually practice what we preach? Do we all run our cycles by the books and follow every safety protocol to a T ? Have any of us done anything stupid or irresponsible relating to AAS use/diet/training?

Example:
"I ran tren for 5 straight years non-stop."

"I use the same syringe for a month straight."

I could go on forever I'm sure. But to give you a taste...

-I haven't come off or even dropped down to a cruise in over 3 years. I've been on a constant blast rotating compounds based on my goals.

-I haven't gotten blood work done in several years and I have no idea what my actual health looks like.

-Sometimes when I run Tren and Deca together I lactate and I think it's funny to milk myself in front of my friends.
