I always have high cortisol on my lab tests because i stress alot with anything and my crazyness for perfection put more preasure on me and i have all the symptoms of high cortisol:

Losing strenght training,
Hard to breath
Irritability
Insomnias
Joint pains
Inflamation all body

I will use : DHEA , GABA, Melatonin Magnesium, Omega 3, Vita C . Rest alot. train like pussy :lol: :lol:

Im using cycle : test, deca, tren E, masteron E, anadrol , M1T . should i drop some of them to help recovery? or intruduce something?

also keep in mind that sometimes low-to-moderate dosage of anavar is known to inhibit cortisol from binding to specific receptor sites.
