What may be some bad habits that may end up hindering our progress?

The topic: What may be some bad habits that may end up hindering our BB'ing goals and other progress?

At times we unconsciously may not even realize we're doing something or not doing something that might be hinder our progress and goals unbeknownst to ourselves..
Many times it's daily, even weekly or longer - on monthly basis.
What could be some of the most common everyday things we unconsciously do
that could hinder our BB'ing progress?
Think: What could possibly be the worst thing we do everyday without realizing it or just out of bad habit?

No real specific order of a list, let's just name some of the bad habits we could have or picked up..

Most of these are no-brain'ers but this is great for a refresher convo to get us re-directed again..

My progress down when my times of gym is limit - what it's mean - the worst thing for me going for gym when i don't have time and motivation : ( - i do training because i must and this is the worst, but when i have more time and i go for the gym because i want my motivation and progress up i see a difference in a few of days of work like this : )

Very good feedback my brother and I am much the same..
When I miss a few sessions in the gym I begin to feel it mentally, whether it's work-related or even family.. staying consistent and dedicated is uno numero.. just showing up is all that matters and sometimes if I just show up and go through the motions, sometimes some of my best sessions for the times that I just showed up when I had nothing in me to give..long and behold to my surprise it turned out to be a very successful gym session.. That transitions into the next day and I feel absolutely fantastic, that is why I try my very very best to stay as consistent and on point as best as possible... If I can only drink water and other clear fluids throughout the day much more consistent then I would be happier.. I really need to focus more on drinking clear fluids.. but sometimes it's hard but such a busy busy busy lifestyle..

Bad habits:
To much focus on cellphone during workout
No eat enough
Training to much
Excess cardio
Yes gym with hot girls

Ohh so true.. lost of guys end up getting caught up in women, I have even seen guys skip training because they fight with girl-friend or wife.... or they have bad brake up and they fall off the rails and become depressed over a f'n girl..
