Apple cider viniger shoot

In the past i use alot this shoot before breakfast :

Apple cider viniger
Lemon juice
Ginger

Anyone use this shoot? and it works?

I use goli apple cider vinegar gummies. I would like to eat em all dam day....hahaha.
They taste great..
