Gym #1 - WATER, HYDRATION

Hi, I'm starting a series of "Fundamentals of the Diet".

Why is drinking water so important and how much should we drink?

- Let's take a closer look at the topic: in adult men, the water content in the body is about 60% - and in adult women about 55%.
Your brain alone is made up of 80 percent water, so dehydration of the whole body can cause serious damage.
Every reaction that occurs in the body requires a molecule of water. Water makes breathing possible by constantly moisturizing the lungs.
Blood plasma consists mainly of water (more than 90 percent). Water maintains normal blood pressure and volume.

In addition, water is an important nutrient for every cell of the body and is one of the basic building materials.
It contributes to the regulation of internal body temperature and is used to transport and metabolize carbohydrates and proteins. - Which means that it accelerates fat burning processes.
It also helps in cleansing the body and flushing out toxins.
The benefits are huge, just look and conclude that the greater part of us, our body is water. Proper hydration is primarily the foundation of every human being. TOTAL BASIS!

It is assumed that for 2 lb we should drink 30ml of water, but in most cases it is still not enough. Non-exercising men should drink 3 liters of water, while people exercising up to 4 liters of water a day.

If you have just realized that you drink too little water - increase it. Two bottles of water within 24 hours are enough to improve your health - 2 bottles of water during (24-8 hours of sleep) 16 hours is not much.
Make this change and see how much your effects and health will improve in the next 3 weeks.

People who usually drink too little water complain of constant fatigue and weakness, heaviness in the legs, problems with concentration and headaches of unknown origin, swelling and difficulties to lose weight.
This is due to dehydration and water retention in the body. The body rebels, thus defending itself, accumulating water in the subcutaneous tissues.

How do we know if we are properly hydrated? - well, when your body is well hydrated, during the excretion of urine - its color should be almost transparent, colorless and odorless.
However, if you drink 3-4 liters of water a day, it is a sign that perhaps the vitamins you take are not absorbed well. - then the urine is with a stronger smell and its color is much darker and yellow.

R.M. And remember, we are talking here about the daily consumption of such an amount of water - not every second/third day.

This is a total foundation of every human being - each of us should be properly hydrated to function fully properly and, above all, facilitate fat burning.
