What is everyone doing to protect their body!

So I’m wondering what you guys are taking as far as vitamins and minerals to help keep your organs and overall well being in check? I know everyone has their go to morning regimen of vitamins they take so let’s here your daily cocktail and why you chose those?

Yes of course, multivitamins and multiminerals.
more
monacolin K, CLA, Omega 3, NAC, ALA, TUDCA
bioperine, turmeric, cinnamon bark, taurine, green tea extract

At the moment all i'm doing is multivitamin in the morning, Fish Oil and Vit. C.
Ending at night with 2 Fish Oil. Since i'm not using alot of fat , especialy from fish and vit C is diuretic

This is the MONSTRO most important supplements for health:
Multi ( is the base , you never get them on diet)
VIT C is a must in bodybuilding , never get sick, recovery , reduces cortisol and little diuretic
OMEGA 3 i need to reduce inflamation and get my fat because im low fat guy
DHEA the hormone that put the equilibrium in all other hormones, makes you fell great , happy, energetic and control cortisol ( is something i will take forever)
Probiotics and Pre is amazing to my intestine health and absortion of nutrients
B Complex is a must for all athletes for absortion of protein and many other beneficts

How much dhea per day are you taking and at what dose bro

100mg first meal Day. Amazing results . Not depressed anymore and ready to achieve Freak mode .
