Take an AAS. Change the diet (little bit more calories and deffo a little more protein). PCT. Result - BIGGER
Want more proof? Why don't medical users of PEDs (at PED levels) grow? Cos they're ill and cos the diet is sh*t

The worst thing I see is people in the gym, they look the same every year... They think just going to the gym will help them.
If no diet, caloric deficit, caloric surplus, adequate amount of salt, fats, protein...
It's better to stay at home and watch TV.. It comes out the same..
Diet is the most important element of going to the gym, right after the constant progression of weights.
And if someone eats poorly, it is obvious that he will not progress with the weight either..
