I just want to say 1 thing About orals, They are So much harder on your Digestive System. I have Really bad GERD. I Mean it's like my Throat is literally on Fire! If it's Not Clen, or T3 or T4, I Try to use the needle. I'm 45, I've been doing this for Almost 30yrs, Believe Me, More is Not Always better either.
