Hello from Switzerland

As I introduced myself allready at ASF, I will copy the text 1:1

As you can see from my nickname I am a martial arts enthusiast, I practice kickboxing and karate for a very long time, 20 years ago I started with boxing and kung fu. Parallel to that always fitness, bodybuilding, outdoor (running, jump rope) etc.

I'm turning 40 in a few years, 182cm tall, 85kg weight and I'm getting slower and slower (haha) I wish I had my knowledge from today with 20, but maybe I can pass on my knowledge to you so that you can take profit of it. And I always like to learn new things from the BB & fitness world because I think right now it happens a huge change when it comes to supps etc..

If I have forgotten something, just ask.
