Introduction.

Hello everyone.
I go by the name, macedog24.
The iron, and weight training has always been apart of my life as far back as 12-13yrs old. The last few yrs I've suffered a few injuries and setbacks as im sure most can relate to.
Im very glad to be a part of this great new community. Im looking forward to sharing, learning and growing with each and everyone of you.
