Im back!!!
Monster is back to the beswt forum as always to learn more with all people here and also share my experience of 27 years in bodybuilding . After some time competing now with 46 years old is time to help the new ones with all i learn during this years.
Of course i keep training as hard as before and my goal is to be the best over 40´s bodybuilder because this is in my blood .
