self-introduction
Hello everyone, I am the head of sry Laboratory from China, and I have great interest in this forum. I am 31 years old, and I am trying to lose weight, currently 95 kg, and hope to reduce to 85 kg, and I have obvious muscles. I am looking forward to your suggestions. Usually like basketball, fitness, camping, cross-country, looking forward to like-minded friends together, everyone a lot of advice.
