I put 3 ml in the vial and take 0.1 ml of it.
with higher doses I get too many side effects.
if you are looking for tan, excessive doses do not make sense, better one more injection but with lighter doses.

Amazing tip, because i always go to sun after my first shoot :lol: . One bootle gives you for almost one month ? each bootle 3ml or 30ius, so 10ius first 10 days and them 3x week = more 9ius
