I an see TRT in my future. Maybe 60+ years of age.
I've used this analogy before - I ought to be fkin strong compared to most at this point. Or else what the f**k have I been doing for 43 years?
Today:
Friday
@ Powerhouse Gym. Doubled and then some steps wise yesterday. Close Grip Bench Press
to 145kg x 3 reps (1st heavy set always feels off groove wise), 152.5kg x 3 reps, 160kg/352lbs x 2 reps (3 next time)
Had Karl (ex Royal Marine Commando PT) do 3 reps with 160kg and then work to his old PB (same as mine) 190kg/418lbs x 1 rep after my last set.

Strong big healthy guy. It's great that you care about strength training, because most would have given up on it by now.
Have you thought about cutting yourself some time, e.g. for the next six-pack vacation?
Back when I started I had split biceps and a 4 pack. As per posts on the other forums I plan on getting a little leaner later in the year. I want as much time off since the most recent cycle

Hey nice. I will surely follow.
If you want, I can help you with macronutrients and arranging a cycle for reduction.
I'm waiting for your reports, because if you cut it, it will be a real scythe. you have a lot of meat bro
So yesterday 75 year old Ken (on TRT) and I trained bench together. We had had him hit a life time PB at age 73 of 125kg/275lbs 2 years ago. I worked to 162.5kg x 2 and ken did 5 x 3 with a 100kg/220lbs. Shortly after Karl (former Royal Marine Commando PT) worked to 3 attempts with 190kg. He then dropped to 100kg for reps and the bench broke. We were all so lucky not to have had that happen with our max weight. No injuries
