Ok guys life has been alittle busy lately between work and working on my sisters house I hit the gym 1 time last week and I’m burnt out!!
Tomorrow should be back to normal and the craziness shouldn’t be as back.
I hate set backs but that’s life sometimes!

So little update for yesterday and today. I had to drop the dbol all together. The pumps were absolutely crippling and it was hindering my workouts every single day. I loved my dhb run. Started at 400mg then bumped to 600mg and rode that out rest of the cycle. Wouldn’t do 600 again I’d stay 400 next run.
