I was just gonna wait till next blast to keep a log but i actually enjoy doing it. Plus, i wanna show everybody that YOU CAN continue to improve when not on blast. At least for 8 weeks ill only be doing my hrt doses of 200 cyp and 100 deca. My training will go back to

If time allows then I'll throw in a 2nd body part just to push a little blood.
