I understand, it's important that you do this cardio is very importantPush50 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 22, 2023 11:53 am I do not usually count my steps but they vary daily depending on my work load. I do an hour a day on the treadmill not sure how many steps. At work if I am in the field all day I could do as many as 50000 steps but if I’m in the lab it might only be around 5000. Big variance but that’s why I always hit the treadmill in the morning.
How many steps do you take a day?

That's a great approach! Having a sedentary job can indeed make you feel tired by the end of the day. It's excellent that you're making an effort to move around. Setting a goal of at least 10,000 steps is a smart move, and having reminders on your watch and phone can be helpful. Consistency is key, and even if you don't always reach the goal, the effort counts. Keep striving for it, and yes, using apps for tracking can be very beneficial in staying on track.
