How much protein in the diet?

Post by Hany-Support »

If you are a natural visitor, it is enough to max 1.8g of protein per 1kg of muscle mass. (not fatty)

If you are a person who uses doping, I see no obstacles to have protein from 2.2 to even 4g of protein..

Here it depends on the means you use.

This will have a big impact from
HGH, insulin, Testosterone doses, thyroid drugs, and other measures.

Per kilo... MAYBE. I'd say 4g a kilo is OTT. Very few members are gonna be making enough happen in the gym to need even close to that.

I'm well over 300lbs (close to 145kg right now) and have nowhere near the 580g suggested. In fact under half

I have friends who digest protein perfectly, and the increase in protein does not interfere with their digestion..

It's different if someone after 3g has diarrhea and can't get out of the toilet :D

Either way, it's a myth that more protein is bad for you.

Most people prefer to eat more fats and carbohydrates because it's tasty, cheaper.

However, top bodybuilders usually have up to 4g of protein in their diet.
However, if someone is an average person who trains recreationally, I usually recommend 2-3g depending on his body fat :)

It's NOT about what you can consume and or eat. I've eaten 100's of grams in a sitting.

It's what's needed. What you can absorb, uptake or utilize. Which was what the idea of the post was. Now do most need 4g? No. The 1.8g is plenty

I didn't say most.

I don't know if you know, but there is such a thing as protein synthesis, so eating 100g of protein at a time will not be fully absorbed.

There is a reason why bodybuilders always ate several meals of 40-60g of protein as an option.

I myself have moments in preparation for the competition, where 4g is the foundation of a successful reduction ;)
Have a nice day B-)
