So I always do a lot of reading and love talking to the old school guys about training and their splits. With so many different styles and training splits out there do you think there’s just 1 that dominates all as far as growing?
Right now my split looks like this:
Monday
Upper loading/lower pump
Tuesday
Rest
Wednesday
Lower loading/upper pump
Thursday
Rest
Friday
Upper body muscle rounds (cluster sets)
Saturday
Lower body muscle rounds (cluster sets)
So in only 4 days everything gets hit 3x in a few different ways. What’s your go to training methods guys???
Is there really a 1 style fits all to grow???
