IM NOT SAYING HEAVY TRIPLES ETC WONT GET YOU BIG, BUT ITS NOT THE BEST AT IT, HENCE THE VOLUME. I LIKE 6-8 ON HEAVY COMPOUNDS, 8-12 ON ACCESSORY COMPOUNDS, AND 12-15 ON SMALLER ISOLATION TYPE MOVEMENTS.
