How much oil do you really get out by doing this? I only ask because I get all 10ccs from each vial by using the needle to draw out the oil... just curious :)

3 weeks.
also masteron should have more or less reached its max and remain stable.

workouts are going well and also on a physical level I see myself pretty well.
but mentally I'm still a little down. :cry:

Today Workout: chest + triceps

heavy flat bench: 5 sets - 8 reps
inclined bench medium weight: 5 series - 8 reps
incline chest press lightweight: 4 series - 15 reps very slow movements.

triceps to the high cable behind the head: 5 sets - 10 reps
single triceps to high cable: 3 sets - 8 reps
single triceps to low cable: 3 sets - 10 reps

intraworkout:
I took 30 gr of hbcd with amino acids and electrolytes with 1.5 liters of water.
