I have 2 doctors before and both said to me " you know more than me ". Bodybuilder and bodybuilder coaches in this days need to interstand nabout training , diet, supplementation and gear , and more impressive is we use alot of drugs from pharmacy used to treat diseases to build muscle , burn fat . Impressive the knowlage this sport gives us .
