Decided to have a Frozen Pizza for dinner last night. I was kinda excited based on the box.
However this is what the finished product looked like.

Brother, I have to have some dirty food and stuff like baked goods in order to keep cals up. I can't eat 2900-3000 cals of clean food. Vacay was cool. Ate everything I could and no training for four days.
Friday I was back in the gym for a PUSH session.
I treated these sessions and the rest of this week as a deload. (decreased volume and nothing even close to failure.)
