Hey guys sorry for the lack of logging this past few weeks. With contest prep getting tougher and being busy prepping for the actual contest it got away from me. So on to the results.
Well it went even better than I thought for my first show! Thanks to my coach I couldn’t have done it without him! He put up with more than what I can tell you and he was awesome through it all. He was not only a coach but a therapist at times but more importantly a friend through it all. An ear when I needed him to listen through the bad and good times. This was probably one of the toughest things I have ever been through other than losing my mom over a year ago. Thanks Coach you have a life long brotha of iron and more importantly a friend!
Now on to the good stuff! First place novice, first place In my class, and overall champion!!

1.) My prep consisted of 20 weeks, originally only supposed to be 16 weeks but Covid messed that up.
First 8 weeks cycle
1gram of EP Test E weekly
400mg of EP Deca weekly
4iu of generic GH daily
50mcg of EP T4 daily
EP Arimidex EOD .5mg
Last 12 weeks Of cycle
400mg of EP Test Prop weekly
400mg of EP Tren Ace weekly
400mg of EP Mast Prop weekly
EP T4 100mcg daily
EP Arimidex 1mg EOD
EP Anavar 50mg last 8 weeks
EP winstrol 50mg last 6 weeks
EP Clen 60mcg last 6 weeks
EP T3 25mcg last 4 weeks
4iu of generic GH daily
2.)Yes we made changes the last 12 weeks by changing to fast acting esters to mitigate water retention. We also started pinning ED the last 3 weeks and reduced the dosages on the injectables to 350mg weekly or 50mg ED. 2 days before contest we dropped all injectables and kept the orals going throughout other than T3. We dropped T3 about a week out to save muscle at that point since we started carb depletion training.
3.)My beginning and final stats below:
Height - 6'3"
Starting weight - 273lbs
Starting BF% - 15% roughly
Final weight - 233lbs

Had a great push day yesterday. Strength has gone up some more. Feeling stronger each session. Currently running 500mg of EP Test E and 125mg of EP Deca along with EP T4 at 50mcg.
