Yes SARMS are suppressive to your HPTA, some more than others. I'd treat them just like AAS when it comes to PCT. You can never over-do a PCT but you can certainly under-do it.

I'd go with the standard
Nolva - 40/40/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25

Just a quick question, just received my SARMS package, and just wanted to clarify prior to starting, that I should be taking 10-20mg once a week as prescribed above, rather than spreading it out evenly over the week? As the pack dosage says 2 tabs (4mg daily).
Your guidance in this is much appreciated.

4 mg daily means 28 mg tot per week.

it depends on you, on how much you want to take, on any side, etc.

start with a tab per day 2 mg (14 mg tot per week) and from week to week add a tab here and there during a few days, perhaps around your workout.

don't be afraid to gain some lean mass

On PCT you can use some sarms that are not sarms like
Cardartine to help burn fat and colesterol health
MK677 to have the hgh results , keep size and burn fat off cycle is amazing for that
