DNP LOG-FIRST TIME

I went to keto 2 weeks prior the cycle to minimize overheating. I am dieting to extreme level, just bit of lean meat, eggs or small bit of 0 carb cheese. Not afraid of loosing any muscles. I believe in muscle memory and in the past I got my muscles back extremely fast. We are in full lockdown for nearly a year now so gyms are closed. After gyms closed I was lucky to get job as security at this time. The bad thing was that my job was boring and depressive as hell. Been just sitting and eating donuts for year(stupid I know). Lost size and gain fat. Well to not go too much in details, I havent weight myself (scale broken) and i love more to look at mirror than scale. Had many aas cycles before with high doses as well. Like to experiment.

Started dnp monday 08/02 morning
Dosing : 125mg

Had bit paranoia because of all negative comments about drug. Day went fine only I was thirsty all night. Gf told me i was asking her to bring me water three times while I was sleeping lol.

Day 2 : 125mg

Felt no difference

Day 3 : 125mg

Nothing special, feel some kind of crumps on my left side of chest. I knew to have it while I was on ton of gear. My heart seems perfect

Day 4 :125mg

Sweating around groin, but minor, nothing much.
Weird I am not thirsty at all anymore but my mouth gets dry very often so I kind of forcing myself to drink it.


For now all feels great. I was feeling way worse on clen first days than dnp now. I dont want to up dosing yet until I see what is going to be like after it builds up. However if I feel same good like now at the day 7 I am going to up the dose to 200. I got some extra pills that are dosed 200. Then I will see how it goes and if all is allright i might keep cycle longer and bit higher but time will tell. Not sure yet. I will go how I feel. For me this is very important to do for my motivation and there is hope that gyms will open at april(preparing gear easily)

I do have t3 on side 25mcg per pill. For now i feel good so I believe I am not going to use it until day 10. I got left from before clen from PSL EURO PHARMACIES which i maybe start using 5 days after dnp cycle. Its all big MAYBE in this cycle.

Remenber DNP some times stard working only after some days , so dont increase the dosage , keep it and understand how works , you dont need t3 with it . Stay on DNP only and keep your cycle high to keep your muscle mass because DNP is catabolic . You need to be on a good cycle and alot of protein on diet

Happy to hear I dont need t3 :D

Actually I use dnp only now(I am not on PED cycle) To be honest I do not see any muscle loss yet,only they seems flat(guess coz no carbs). I am very fast gainer so I dont worry too much about i,muscle memory gonna do the job. I will be making real cycle as soon as gyms open. Forgive me if I am doing smtng wrong. I am like kid that must learn from own mistakes.

not planning to up anything until day 7. I will see how I feel like at day 7

Too many information about dnp :D some says it is muscle sparing..some opposite. logic says it should be slightly catabolic. Guess I will have too see and let you know first hand xp

Day 5 : 125mg

Again woke up with dry mouth but somehow I am not thirsty at all. Forcing myself to drink, but I believe I am not drinking enough. I will try to sort that out and keep better record of my water intake.

Eated some beef jerky in the morning with sugar free energy drink. Feel like I am more sleepy in the morning so I have to keep myself awake at the job. However that may be due lack of sleep, I am working around 13-14 hours a day and got some other things to do so last few weeks I am getting only 5 hours sleep at night during week.

But nothing so special to mention yet about sides.. So far I see significant reduce in fat around waist(sides).

The stomach fat seems to going off slower then the side. I probably gained some water. I am not too much expert about water weight/fat weight. I was usually just training hard and eating for strenght and in past I trained a bit of kickboxing. Worked as bouncer since 16 so needed to be strong and fast. So any help with water/fat weight difference would be appreciated. Will keep ya updated

When i use DNP i lose all my fat and i think never had love handles like before because he kills my fat cells , i got so flat and water retention and train like a zombie with womens weights . It works but is very harsh and dangerous .

how much water do you drink per day?
I am not sure how much but much much more then usual. Forcing myself all the time.
