Enough to look at belgium blue bulls which lacks myostatin. Ill make a log of it as soon As i can, at moment I am very busy with work and trying to keep good training at same time
My problem now is alot of work but i need it to survive , but naps if i can do some will help even more

I am now 80 hours a week+training. Not enough sleep...
