Hematocrit 55%

I plan a new blood work for hematocrit in 28 days and if this value are always elevated i see with the doctor, surely donate some blood and if it's not possible because i take PED surely bleeding in hospital.

So Nandrolone+ Test + Proviron+ IGF-1 LR3 without Anadrol , when the hematocrit drop i start Anadrol at 50 mg daily.

My transaminases are little bit elevated too so i wait for Anadrol.

I start normally next week !

I have normally the results today or later tomorrow so i start the cycle this week.


I think working like this (but i wait the confirmation)

Day 1 Shoulders/ Biceps
Day 2 Cardio box training
Day 3 Back
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Pecs / Triceps

I try to incluted cardio before starting for D1 3 4 and 5 with 20 mins bike and when i have the possibility running outside, but actually it's bike.

About diet :

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs) + 3g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 30g oleaginous

Morning 10AM 40g whey + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

Midday 01PM 200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 10-20g

Afternoon 4PM 60g syrup glucose + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice

Evening 7PM : Fish 100g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod) + mix of legums + olive oil.

Evening 10-11PM Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium.

Results from blood work sending 17.04

- Oestradiol 101,1 pg/mL (<39,8)
- Prolactine 7,9 µg/L (2,1−17,7)
(Chimiluminescence) 168,1 µUI/mL (44,7−376,6)
- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
(Chimiluminescence) 7,0 nmol/L (17,1−77,6)

- 100mg Nandrolone Decanoate
- 50mg Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
- 250mg Sustanon
- Masterolone 25mg (if i need i up to 50mg)
- 0.5mg Arimidex (i try to cute with the tool)
- 50 McG IGF-1 LR3 (i don't know if with this dose i need to add rHGH)

Note :
I use Sustanon as "TRT" .
Nandrolone Decanoate for tendons / joints.
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate as boost.
Anastrozole for helping the estradiol.
IGF-1 LR3 as boost.
Masterolone for side effect & well-being.

Hematocrit are little bit elevated so i wait in around 4 weeks to check again and depend give some blood or bleeding.

Estradiol are very elevated.... So i use Anastrozole, but i'm not sure if 0.5mg every day are a good choice, maybe 3 x // week :-?

Little uptad about diet, with the advice of some people, i add some protein and up the lipids, and deleted the syrup by honey.

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g :
oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs + 1 yolk) + 1g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 40g nuts

Morning 10AM 40g :
whey 40g + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

The log training / diet / and first injection are Monday 24/04

4AM : fasting weighing 96kg to remind i'm 1,85m ( around 72,8346457 pouces) i estimat my body fat at around 10.11% (my veins are full on arms, i'm little bit fat on the stomach but i think with diet and training all is ok)

5AM : Oats / Apple / cinnamon with hot water (Military pack) + 40g Whey (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38 / 5,24g Leucine) + 40g nuts + 2 kiwi + 1 banana + 3g fish oil

8AM :
- 20mn cardio bike (indoor)
- Dumbbell Shoulders 10kg each hands
1x 10 rep

1x10 rep

- Barbell bench press
1x10 rep 40kg
1x10 rep 40kg
1x10 rep 50kg
1x 10 rep 40kg

Superman / lower back

19AM : Tuna 100g + mix of legums 300g + cheese "curd" + 3g fish oil

22-23AM : Milk Protein (80 Casein 20 whey) 50g + 1/2 raw eggs + 5 drops vitaminD (mix with egg yolk) + 50mg Zinc +200mg magnesium

All opinion are the welcome, about training i restart slowly after long injury ;-)

Tonight i get my first injection with EP from PSL sponsors

Sustanon 250 1ml
Nandrolone D 0.5ml
Nandrolone PP 0.5ml
Arimidex i use a tool for cute the pill on 2 and in 4, i start at 0,25mg and see how i react, i up slowly if i need
Proviron 25mg

IGF-1 LR3 ( i wait the confirmation to start this compound)

ps : Note very important, this log is not only about phisycal / perform , my goal are to reget my mind, activity cognitive.
I used Bayer Enanthate as TRT, with strict poso.
Hypogonadism have a big impact on the brain, with this cycle i hope to find these values again.
