Yes nothing is easy, obstacles you will have in any lifsyle you chose, fitness or any other. Life is like a game , alot of obstacles and only the strongest ones will win and reach their dreams and goals .

Just chose your main dream and follow it until you achieve it

Keep strong

nothing worst than our own mind conjuring up some false idea and putting a fake handicap in our way.. stop being a victim and stop mugging yourself in your own head... people, if you would not tolerate or allow others to speak bad or negative to your face, than why allow yourself to do it to YOU???? don't create barriers, brake barriers down!

Womens is like cortisol for a bodybuilder , we need some but not to much. I real athlete must be focus on the weights even when taken cialis pre workout

Why most bodybuilders are alone? is not a easy relation. We need them to make food, sex and do the rear delt and glutes injections

My #1 worst habit as a somewhat seasoned AAS user is relying too much on the AAS for my results. It's easy after years of training with AAS to forget what it was like to train natty and have to really push ourselves to force growth and strength. We had to rely on our natural hormones an the only way to get those to release at high levels was to PUSH hard in the gym. And the only way to gain muscle or cut up was to diet hard. I will fully admit that sometimes I don't push as hard as I used to or pay as much attention to my diet because a lot of times AAS will make up for some of this to an extent. I'm not saying you can out cycle a shitty diet or poor training, but I am saying that you can afford to loosen up a bit and still see results. If I was to train and diet now as I did as a natty I would probably be where I wanted to be. But honestly I'm totally fine using steroids as a tool allowing me to focus some of my energy elsewhere like my job, my woman, and one day soon my children.

And some days i think i dont deserve this hgh dose ( make it worth) , My father always tell my "did you work to deserve this food". Its hard to hear that but make me the man iam today.

If you need resuts and dream to be like your idol top pro , you need to do at least what a pro bodybuilder do:

Top pros are like lab rats ( eat sleep train )
They eat and take a nap , then eat again , another nap and train . Why in Kuwait they have results ( DISCIPLINE ).
In the past Ronnie and many others dont have instagram to do stories and pictures ( they focus all on training, eat and sleep )

if you need results do at least this basics

Let's talk more about this and why we some of our habits may be working a force against us, unbeknownst to ourselves.

Focusing too much on the weight, for example, I did a photoshoot, dropped water 0 carb and sodium and dropped test and only stayed with proviron and tren.. 2 days later after first injection I'm 3.4 kgs heavier while eating the diet I was doing before.
I know it's mostly water retention but still sucks.
Another problem is going flexible on the diet, I eat a bit of lean bread and try to compensate on Cardio and taking food from another place.

Great addition with personal feedback. You make a valid point, a lot of guys lack getting any real, real dense calories.
I eat a bagel a day for those lean dense cals and carbs. mostly PWO.

Guys get hung up on numbers like you said.. I tell guys, stay off the scale and let the mirror do all the talking, within reason.
