Monday is usually a rest day but I may train tomorrow.

Just Calves & Abs tonight.

Giant set: 4 rounds
Single leg calf raises 10
Ab wheel rollouts 10
Standing calf raises 25
Roman chair knees raises 10

Seated DB calf raises rest pause to 80 reps

Leg Day tomorrow after work.

I can understand why a lot of guys don't bother with EQ, it's because they didn't give it a chance. I'm talking REALLY give it a chance. Don't even bother trying to make a judgement on EQ until you've been on it about 12-16 weeks. Seriously...and at 12-16 weeks consider that the start of your EQ cycle and stay on for another 12-16 weeks. I'm not even kidding this stuff takes FOREVER to build up in your system and start to shine. But when it does you're gonna look so damn pretty you'll never want to come off. EQ is like applying a fine polish to a black 1960's muscle car. It gives you that nice, dry fullness by filling up your muscle bellies making them pop without adding any water. I'm telling everyone here, give it another chance. Run it at 800mg minimum and give it to week 12 at least before you give up on it.

Not really a cheat, just trying to get the cals up! 2800+ cals is a ton of clean food. So I add in baked goods or a high cal dirty meal to help keep cals high.

have you considered test-eq blend?
I love it, take it instead of only testosterone and you have that little more eq on the week.

eq does its magic on high dosages and long periods.

remember that the undecylenate ester has a considerable weight.
you only have 60% active boldenone hormone

I have considered the blend. But right now I had 4 EQ and 4 test E to use so that’s what I’m running. I did add in an extra shot of just EQ once a week. So I’m at about 750 EQ and 500 test.
