Im nobody, and dont know nothing . Im 23 years in this world but i learn all by myself , never a coach, never a comercial gym to train and only begin gear at 32 years old, and hgh last 2 years .
I love to learn more and try different methods and see the evolution , so a good protocol for hgh / slin?
