Brother first cycle should always be the minimum possible not only because your body are fresh but also you need to understand how your body reacts to any substance. I need help on the PCT like how much and regularly of clomid or nolvadex, any liver protectors i should use or anything, and also any suggestions or advice on the rest of the cycle

The AI ( arimidex or exemestano ) keep on hand and dont use because most people dont need any AI in such low dose test . If you fell sensative nipples or to much bloating during cycle start very slow.
