Dbol and cialis. I never have been that swolen all at one time in my life before! That was the first time my wife asked if I was on roids and all I could do was laugh. My arms and neck got so big during workouts, I couldn’t take my socks off or wash my back in the shower. Best pumps ever and never got cramps. Also I did notice to be in a better mood while running dbol as well
Lol gotta love those neck pumps.
But seriously I take Cialis preworkout daily and when I combine that with Dbol I'll catch a pump from anything. Calf pumps from walking up the stairs, forearm pumps from brushing my teeth, hell I get jaw pumps from chewing meat.

I was STARVING while shopping with the wife at Costco, I tried eating beef jerky, I couldn't hold a convo, but I didn't stop chewing, I was shaking I was so hungry, I was sucking on the stuff. I was desperate.. Jaw pumps are real!
I blend and dice up most of my food for this exact reason, I would rather shovel and scoop and wash it down than chew..
All meats, chicken and beef get pre-diced and mixed with veggies and rice.. wash it down with water, effortlessly.

same same same.. everything is minced.. it washes down with water in seconds. I don't have time to chew, plus I get full FAST so I wash down as much as I can before my gut sends off a FULL signal to my brain.. I regret it sometimes, and lay on the sofa like "Ohhh man, this feels awful, please go away" (((looking at the trash can in the kitchen in case I need it)))

All real bodybuilders knows how hard is to eat to grow when you achieve a heavy weight class, we need foods like cream of rice, smashed potatoes, honey, and some dense foods to achieve caloric intake, after i eat i look like a 9 months pregnant
But to have a better digestion is real important to chew the food slowly ?

Here's a copy/paste of my post in another thread regarding fruit as a carb source...
From what I understand about fructose, it's not a very good carb for bodybuilding. Basically you have 3 types of monosaccharides (simple sugars) that our bodies can absorb; glucose, fructose, and galactose. Glucose is what is converted to glycogen to be stored in the muscles and liver. Our muscles can ONLY convery glucose into glycogen. They cannot convert fructose or galactose into glycogen. However the liver CAN. But the liver only has a small (100g) capacity for storing glycogen, whereas your muscles have about 400+ grams of storage or more depending on your size and musculature. So let's say your liver's glycogen stores are at full capacity and you have excess glucose in your system from eating something sugary. Luckily in this case your muscles can convert glucose into glycogen so it will likely be stored in your muscles and not as fat. Now same scenario except now it excess FRUCTOSE in your system. Well your liver can't take it in because it's full, and your muscles can't convert it to glycogen so where does it go? Stored as fat.
So basically to make a long story short. Fructose cannot be stored in the muscles so it does nothing for muscle energy, fullness etc...and it's the most likely sugar to be stored as fat.
