I agree. I use 5iu since most are 10iu battles so it makes it a simple mixing/injecting process. 2 days per bottle. I just don’t see the night dose of hg helping any more that the 3-5iu dose especially when running other compounds along side. I e noticed my guy poking out more and it seems I get or feel full easily but I’m thinking it’s my GI trac since getting older and no matter who you are we all will need to adjust diet exercise and dosing as our age changes
