1 hour before workout

45 minutes before workout -

16 grams PB2 or 10grams real peanut butter

You might just kill someone on your drive home. Tren base rage is real lol. Taking it before a morning workout then going right to work after is a daily risk.

You know it’s not that big a deal once you have done it a few times and it’s the only motivation I need once I get started there’s no turning back and once I’m at the gym I have no excuse’s and very rarely have off days I always have the same energy.. I of course only run the orals the first month of a cycle then tapper back to using them 2 days a week on leg days one week then switch to back days the following week so I’m taking 5 days off total a week from the orals to be safe lol well kinda safe 😆.. wait till the post workout question comes up I got the sick plan for that too!

Prework is different for everyone but seriously if you guys are not running that intra you really should..

Damm this protocol is extreme in terms of time . Yes i believe it will works amazing , but you do all your prep with such details is impossible you have time to do all as a bodybuilder ( rest 9 hours, take naps, prep food, buy food, prep the shoots insulin, hgh, anabolics , train ) . Even if you dont do nothing and only bodybuilding lifestyle its impossible to keep this protocol every day without forget anything . Always try to do something you can support for your life ( and dont forget about some obstacles in life ).

6-8 of kratom is a hefty amount..Only thing that I watch out for with kratom is dehydration,it can sneak up on you fast!

When I'm bulking I usually sip an intra drink. I used to use dextrose but it was just too goddamn sweet it made me nauseous. I switched to matlodextrin which was much more bearable. I hear tons of guys using BCAA's and other aminos. I have always thought amino acids were kind of a gimmick product. Some people say they are essential and some people say they don't do shit. I have yet to read anything saying either way. I assume you're a big believer in BCAA and other amino acids for muscle growth?

Its all about timing and taking them with protein, and certain BCAA's we truly don't need, its mostly just the essentials..We get most in our diets, if we are eating correctly..
