Some people still believe anabolics is the reason athletes are huge today:
Lets see this :
4000 calories 3gr anabolics = 2 pounds per week grow
4000 calories 6gr anabolics = ( they believe will grow more ) but i think same calories and more anabolics you will lose weight get shreded.

its amazing how the body changes with just adjusting things in either direction with drastic results, the more I feed this machine, the more I loss, HOWEVER, If I have more dense calories I start to get full, fast!

I understand for me is hard to put one more mass eating clean because i have 100lb weight over my height , and this muscle mass turns my metabolism quicker that is almost impossible to feed with rice and meat.And of course high dosages of hgh and anabolics turn your body in a burning machine all day. I sweat alot just eating.
But i have intolerance to gluten and lactose , so cheat meals dont exist for me. How can i grow?

Hope often you working out. You maybe overtraining. I workout every other day and I grow. If I workout bacK to back I don’t grow and I get tired. People are working out to much. I know a Olympic body builder champion work out only 3=4 times a week try it

Funny thing is that gear in high dosages crashes appetites and everyone thinks high dosages grows muscle but then they can't eat :)
Food over Gear.
Gear enhances what the food, sleep, and training is doing.

Yes the more anabolics quicker metabolist and reduce hunger mostly orals like anadrol, wintrol, superdrol. thats why we need to use something for appetite .

But i think my main problem is insulin sensativity because i use it some time and now i dont shake even at 20ius humalog . now i drop it and reduce carbs to get more healthier without swole ankles . after this i can beggin again slowly with insulin and carbs and grow more
