Today’s post is about the importance of body work. Now like most of you I am not a professional bodybuilder. I have bills, groceries and loans to payback and whatever doesn’t go to those essentials I then spend on BB. That means gym fees, supplements and whatever else I need. I try to put away some money every month to save up for massage work whenever possible. The last two sessions I was able to afford were trigger point massages. Both were done by 2 different masseuses with two different styles. The most recent one was less overall force and pressure being applied and way more focused attention.
From my pictures I can see and believe others can see the lack of proportion comparing my left lat to my right lat. Even though there is no reduction in strength from side to side my left lat does not open as much or doesn’t have the same muscle mass as the right. In an effort to activate the right pathways I hope that I can either open the lat more or get better activation during lifting to increase the muscle mass of the left side. The large knots and fibers that were sticking were painful but also felt great to get those loosened or even cleared up for the small ones. I don’t believe this is some overnight solution and that I can just wake up the next day with wider lats but I do view it as beneficial toward my goal of having my best physique. Body work is important whether you compete or just lift for yourselves. I look forward to the day when competition is behind me, and I can just go get a massage for relaxation. I look forward to being able to fall asleep during a massage because it is so relaxing. However, for now I’m fine with dealing with some pain and tender spots in an effort to have a barn door back. For now, I’m back to saving up for the next massage session, whenever I can afford it.

Monday Night Touchdown
I received another touchdown from the best supplier out there, PSL. I just picked up the basics for my next bulk/blast and some trt after. I've been on trt for close to 7 months now without losing any size and most of my lifts progressed upwards. My body should be ready for growth phase as I blast the basics test e, EQ and masteron. We might add in something else but this going to be a long blast as long as my blood markers are horrible, 20 maybe even 24 weeks. LFG!!!
