Feel pretty good considering I am only on TRT and 3IU GH. I expect the weight to come off pretty dramatically over the next couple weeks as I lower carbs and protein back down again and go into a deficit. Protein target will be aprox 200 grams per day and carbs will target about 250 grams on lifting days and 125 on non lifting days. Will also start doing cardio again on off days. Looking to be under 260 lbs by middle of the month if not sooner. Strength is still there. Got out 3 sets of 15 on HS chest press with 20 more lbs this week over last week with the same volume. ​Water weight starting to drop as the cycle has been over for 10 days now as well as lowered carbs. Went light again today. No reason to pound the body during my 6 week health phase. The pounding will start again in mid July when the cutting cycle starts. Shoulder still feels good. Hopefully the NPP helped heal it. Everyone have a good weekend and get huge!!!

I am in shock that my strength is going up still. Even though I have increased my reps to 15 I can keep on increasing weight even while being in a health phase off cycle. Shoulder still feels great!!! Triceps and delts really got pumped hard today. Incredible size gains that just keep on coming. I cant imagine how much more size I will gain over the rest of this year. Absolutely amazed with the progress I am going through. As long as I can stay healthy the sky is limit. I attribute my success to using small amounts of PED compared to everyone else. Your only as good as you are when you are off everything. When you use small amounts you dont crash when you come off. A lesson to everyone on here. Anyway have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow I rest and eat ribs I found on sale mismarked. Paid less than $4 for 4.5 lbs of prepared ribs that cook inside a bag. Score!!!!

Another light leg session today. Was close to failure on my Cybex Leg Press on the last set. Probably would have failed at rep 19 had I tried. Last set of Hack Squats I probably was near failure as well. Had a really good burn going in the quads today. They were hard as a rock. Will stay at this higher rep range with lower weights until my cycle starts the middle of July. Have to give the body rest so I can start pounding it again for a 8-10 week cycle.

​Decided to go even lighter today and do more reps on the Incline. Got a really good burn. I dont feel I am losing any muscle at all since coming off cycle end of May. Body is just taking a break and relaxing at this point. Shoulder still feels like a million bucks. Truly amazed my shoulder feels this good. I thought for sure it would be be in pain by now. NPP is a miracle drug. Everyone have a Happy Fathers Day Weekend!!! Be back on Monday for Back day.

Today I did more volume than I have ever done in my life in one day of training. Went light and kept rest periods just long enough to change the pin weight with my wife. Feels ok. I feel I get a better pump lifting heavier and less volume though.

Finished another workout with high volume training and low 60 sec rest peroids between sets. Was brutal. I feel like I am getting huge. Pumps are insane. Not bad considering I am off everything including HGH. Just taking my 125mg Test E twice per week and Cialis 20mg on training days. Decided to stop taking cialis on non lifting days to see how I perform in the bedroom if it makes a difference or not. Seems to be fine so far. Anyway I am excited as hell to start my cutting cycle in Mid July. Havent got it nailed down yet on what I will be taking. Will have time to figure it out. Will need some highly androgenic gear though as semaglutide loves to eat muscle. Everyone have a nice weekend and get huge!!!

Legs were brutal today. Got out big volume. Almost 50K lbs lifted on the cybex today. Legs felt like rubber once I was done with the hack squats. Barely got out the 12th rep on my last set of hacks. Went really slow on my hamstring curls on the positive so thats why they were done so lite. Walking downstairs was a challange after workout. Had to hold the rail or I would have fallen. LOL. Ok everyone have a good weekend. Will be back on Monday for chest day.

Had another killer volume workout with short rest periods between sets. Fatigue sure sets in towards the latter sets of each exercise. Massive pump going on. I feel like I am building muscle again after being off cycle for almost a month. Weight has bottomed at around 263 and going back up again slowly. I need to get photos taken. Might take them later this evening. Probably the worst time to take them but oh well. Should have took them this morning but I didnt want to wake up the wife. Wanted to let her get her beauty sleep. Next two days off from the gym and will be training back on Thur and delts/arms on Friday. Everyone have a good training day!!!

Decided to go lower volume today and up the weight a little bit. Felt massive pump after I was done with the Rear Delt/Lat Pulldowns. I can sure see why Jay Cutler loves that exercise so much. Probably my favorite exercise now for getting massive pump going in the entire lat and rear delts. Even though I went much heavier today I still moved a fair amount of tonnage which is what we want in order to force the muscle to get out of its comfort zone. Also had a huge amount of sweating in todays workout which I believe is a direct result of the stack of supplements that N2BM sent me. Thanks again for that awesome care package!!! Will keep cals around 2500 today at the top end which will be a deficit. I think my upcoming cutting cycle in July is going to be one for the ages. I have some big plans for it. Expect to lose zero muscle and possible even add muscle while melting the fat off. Going to be a highly androgenic cycle with both tren and anadrol. Will use the tren on the front half and the drol on the back end of the cycle when the semaglutide is at the highest dose. I feel this will be the ultimate cutting cycle with the most minimal muscle loss possible. Been thinking about this one since I ended my last stint with semaglutide. I know I have this one figured out to a T. Anyway have a good training day and get huge with me!!!
