Dropped back on volume today and went for strength. Maxed out the lateral raise machine!!! Strongest Ive ever been and it’s been 4 weeks to the day since I stopped my cycle. I am so frigging happy how things are going. Feels incredible to be gaining strength even while off cycle. Next workout will be on Sunday for Leg Day. Everyone have a great weekend!!!

So this is so weird. Every time I end up getting crappy sleep I end up having my biggest lifts in the gym. Only got 4 hours. Did RDL on the barbell for the first time in 4 years. I crushed it. I could have done more but I am not going to risk pulling a hammy. They are already sore so it probably a good idea that I shut it down when I did. I am still in disbelief its been a full month off cycle and I continue to gain like its crazy. Someone pinch me and wake me up from this dream. LOL. Tomorrow is Chest/Tri's and then off to my mother in laws for a week. Might lift at the local gym while we are there just to get out of the house. Everyone have a nice evening and have a good start to the week!!!

Today was a fun day in the gym. Been a while since ive done barbell incline press. Didn't know how strong I was and still don't know where it will end. PR on all lifts today. Lowered the volume down and went heavy. This is the way I love to train. Shoulder feels incredible. No pain still. I still can't believe how easy the weights feel. I swear to god PSL has the greatest gear on earth.
N2BM also has incredible products. I think the HCGenerate stacked with Ostazol and Cardazol is doing a damn fine job at getting my body into high gear. Its the only thing Ive added since going off cycle. Its obviously helping me get stronger while I am in my 5th week of TRT dosing of Test E. I get very warm and sweat like I've never sweated before. My wife can vouch for this. My shirt is soaked after my workout even if I am doing low volume its still soaking wet. I think everyone should use those three products. I am also using the N2Slin but I am not sure how it well it works because I am already taking metformin, but now I can stop taking the berberine since it already has that in N2Slin as well. The ingredients in the product look good to me so I think if anyone has high blood sugars and not taking metformin I would definitely tell them to use the product. I also have the Nutrazol 677 but I am going to hold off on that until after I am finished with my scripct sleep medicine which will run out in the next two weeks. I did try it with that script and it was so strong I felt groggy the next day so I dont think they should be stacked together. It has some great ingredients in it from looking at it so I am excited to see how that works as well. All in all N2BM has top notch product that obviously works from my short 1 week experience with it so far.
Anyway everyone have a good week as the Mrs. and I will be heading to her mom's for the week starting tomorrow so we might be training in a gym we are not used to. Everyone lift heavy and get strong AF with me!!!

Had an incredible pump going today doing heavy barbell rows. Feels like my body is graduating to the higher level now. Nothing can slow me down. Not even my age. Hard to believe I’m only on TRT for the last 5 weeks and still hitting massive PR’s every week.

Today we decided to lower the volume and have an easy day back as we drove back home yesterday and arrived to a 80 degree inside temp. I decided to keep air conditioning off while we were gone for the week so I got very crappy sleep last night too hot inside. This is my last week on TRT and then back on the sauce again. Hopefully my gear will arrive on time to start. I did hit failure on last rep on the cable front raise with 90 lbs wich is a 10 lb PR over last week. The tricep ext was a PR on reps with that weight I believe as it was right at failure on the last set. Hammer curls machine I believe I beat my PR on reps with the weight. Tomorrow is leg day so I have to rest up. Not sure what I am going to do. Might just be a deload day not sure. Maybe even just hammer the hamstrings again will figure it out when I get to the gym. I never know what I am going to do until I am actully there doing it. I always train to how I feel. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get huge!!!

Not bad considering I didn't have my belt or wrist wraps with me. No protective gear whatsoever. Will be eating good this weekend and then the diet starts on Monday. Low carb low cals. Everyone have a wonderful evening and enjoy the weekend in the sun!!!

Went to a different gym today so it was a little weird. Still had a great workout with a PR on one exercise and equaled my pr with reps on the stack for cable rows. Used a different v bar that was fatter than normal. At least I had my straps with me. Forarms are cramping like crazy already. Today is the last day before the big cut that starts tomorrow. Took the time to shave entire body with a razor and shave cream today. Hopefully I dont get too much razor burn. Will be eating my Italian leftovers in a few minutes and then cooking a nice big ribeye steak for the meal after that. Everyone have a nice evening and have a good start to the week ahead. Lets get huge!!!

Ok so I had another crappy night of sleep. It always happens on leg day. Doesn't matter what supplements I take for sleep it always happens. With that being said what do I do when I get crappy sleep on leg day? I bust out PR's!!! Had an awesome day. I felt like a boss in the gym. Also went below the 260lb mark. I can feel the fat melt away with semaglutide. This drug is a modern day miracle. I dont even have to try and diet. I am just full all the time. It almost feels like I am cheating. Thank god for big pharma!!! Ok everyone have an excellent day in the gym and get huge with me!!!

Had a decent day today. Definitely extremely carb depleted atm. Machine Flys felt strong at 250 so went up 15 lbs for a PR and got out 12 and 10 reps with good stretch. Dips felt pretty decent. No shoulder pain which I will take on any day!!! Got out 2 more reps on overhead DB tricep ext with my max weight today which was surprising. I figured that the dips would have pre exhausted my tris so bad but I had the strength to keep going. All in all a good workout. Felt big and swole. Can't wait to get Tren and Test No Ester on board next week. Really looking forward to daily shots of the short acting test will be taking 1.5 hours before hitting the gym. Tren should really help as well. Only eating about 1750-2000 cals per day. Today will be a larger cal day as going out to dinner with father. Sat is always a big meal day for me. I should have about 2500-3000 cals for the day. Most of it for my dinner meal. Had two greek yogurts for brekky and just finished 10 oz chicken breast and 1 cup long grain rice. My next meal will be lamb chops, greek rice, pita bread, tziki sauce, and Greek salad. Not sure how much I will be able to down as the semaglutide really limits the amount of food you can put in your stomach before it says no more. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get big and shredded with me!!!
