Bro.. It's that dark too.. It's really bizarre and creepy. I was using the bathroom and just sitting there and I swear I head something move and I smelled cigarettes. No one was around or near. I was bugging out, and thank god I'm not on tren.
Does your wife come to the scary dark gym with you? Cuz yanno it's dark, and you'd be all alone, and there's showers, and stuff to hang from...
Its a small gym, no showers.. There's cameras so I'm sure I would get caught lol.. She's not that wild though, she would worry about getting caught. She acts all old now and squared away lol

I am. When things closed down i was fortunate enough to pick up some used dynabody stuff and a new bar. Went to Lowe's and got 3 pulleys, 30 ft cable, and I bolt to hold weight and 275lbs. An incline bench press, flat bench, and some old b.s. weider plates/DB bars and ez bar I've had for yrs. Very basic but everything you really NEED. I do miss some h.s. machines hack squat and dual cables tho!!

I never thought there would come a time I wasn’t able to just drive to the gym and workout. I’m house shopping right now and now one of my requirements is an unfinished basement or garage so I can make a home gym! Lol

I have a finished, carpeted basement with regular 8 ft ceilings and was able to make a home gym work. I have dumbells (65,30,15,10,5) lbs, about 300 lbs worth of 10 & 25 lb plates, a flat barbell bench, adjustable incline bench, resistance cables, EZ bars, flat bars, & a tricep bar. The carpet is brand new so I laid about 200 sq ft of plywood down over a large section of my basement, and put rubber gym tiles over it and it looks pretty damn good. The heaviest weights I have right now are 65 lb dumbbells but I can drop those fuckers right on the floor without any worry. I'm having so much fun building my home gym I might cancel my membership.

If I had a solid home gym I’d still keep my membership but I’d workout at home more than going to the gym that’s for sure. Blast the music have some buddies over and lift heavy shit!!

I probably would never cancel my membership. There is still something to be said about going to the gym. The atmosphere, the women, your gym buddies, the variety of equipment, and having someone to spot you. Most likely I'd still go to the gym every day and I'd probably use my home gym on weekends or use it if I want to sneak in a second session that day.
No lie the best parts about working out at home are blasting music with no headphones and being able to lift without a shirt on and flex in the mirror with no judgement lol.

Yea I would still keep my membership. I’d build an old school setup, blast the music and let the heavy weight fly!

Who knows if there are NBA schools in the
San Antonio zip code area? I am very interested. I tried to make some research but without much success. I am actually looking for someone who was attending such schools. It is very interesting to hear the feedback from the first hands. My son wants to start such a school and I need to know all the advantages and disadvantages in advance.
