DB incline- 1×12×75s---- 2×10×85s
Pec Deck- 3×12
H.S. incline- 3×20/15/12(set 1&3 were just 1 plate WTF!! Set 2 was 1.5 plate w/assist!! I was toast when ingot here!) Haven't touched DB press in couple mos or more so happy with moving the 85s this good!!!
Rope hammers- 3×20/15/15

Was beat up from yesterday and pump wasnt great. By the time got home to take pix was flat as a board. Got some good work in regardless tho.
