to 182.5-kilos (401lbs+) x 5 x 1 reps. Had I trained with a buddy I might have done 5 x 2 x 180-kilos

205kg x 8 reps, 355kg x 8 reps, 565kg/1243lbs x 4 reps (music started to fade out... cos I was straining)
Leg Press
to 632kg/1390lbs x 6 reps (back on plan)
Lying Leg Curls
to 9p+2.5kg x 5 reps
Leg Extensions
to stack+12.5kg x 5 reps

Seated Press
to 112.5kg/247.5lbs (if I can get it off the pins I can rep it) x 4 reps
Saxon Bar
Set up 3 Cambridge Roll Wheels as 'blocks' for the heavy weight. Usual warm ups. First couple of heavy sets each rep was held for a 1-2 count
to 105kg x 3 r/p reps, 106.26kg x 3 r/p reps, 107.5kg x 3 r/p reps, 110kg/242lbs x 3 r/p reps (*I can get two finger pads just over the bottom edge - not the intent of the lift but the rules as are don't prohibit it as is)

to 90kg/198lbs (one side at a time) x 11 reps
Skull Crushers
to 100kg/220lbs x 5 reps (better than last time)
Standing Reverse Grip BB Wrist Curls
to 60kg/132lbs

to 185kg/407lbs x 5 x 1 rep (the 2nd flew up). Only asked for a spot (not needed) on rep 1
Low Iso Lever Row
to 135kg/297lbs x 6 reps
DOHTBDL
to 199.5kg x 1 rep. First time in a year doing thick bar deads etc etc and I can still do almost 200kg/440lbs lol

to stack+12.5kg (not inc special pin weight) x 6 reps

to 115kg/253lbs (5kg/11lbs under my old PB) x 4 reps. Done on one breath
Saxon Bar work
The off the ground thing seemed not to work today on the max weight. Might give it another go
Floor for all warm up sets. Up on the wheels for 107.5kg x 1, then 1+nearly, then 2 x 1 x failed

To 187.5kg/412/5lbs x 5 x 12 reps. Felt like I could have done more singles which is a good sign
Iso-Mid-Row
to 135kg/297lbs x 6 reps 1 arm at a time
60mm handle
Left hand off again - grrr.
To (does not inc set up etc)
LH: 83.75kg x 3 x 3 rough/ugly reps
RH: 90kg/198lbs x 3 x 3 non stop good reps

@ Powerhouse. *Had it in mind to do 600lbs x 6 so off we went.
Hatfield Squats*
bar/20kg/44lbs x 8 reps, 100kg/220lbs x 8 reps, 200kg/440lbs x 6 reps (support belt only), 270kg/594lbs x 6 reps (belt n knee wraps) - could have done 8
Leg Press
No pad. No straps used on top weight
200kg/440lbs x 8 reps, 390kg/858lbs x 8 reps, 600kg/1320lbs x 8 reps
Lying Leg Curls
7p x 8 repsl, 11p x 8 reps, 16p x 5 reps
s/s
Leg Extensions
1/2 stack x 8 reps, stack x 8 reps, then a bit of a faff trying to do the stack 2 legs up one down (did 4 reps that way) before switching to 3/4 stack x 6 reps one leg at a time
