Had another strong workout today with multiple PR's. The gains just keep on coming. Looking forward to letting the body heal from lifting over the next couple days with cardio only days. Morning Cardio

Cardio kicked my ass today. Can really feel the effects of this cycle hurting the cardio. The amount of sweat pouring off me was incredible. Cut it short and only went 46min on the Treadmill vs 65min I normally do. I also see that I have been taking a little bit more Tren than I thought. Its not easy to measure out exactly 1/2 cc everyday. Looks like about 20% more per day is what I have been taking. I should have 30 days in one vial and I am going to end up about 25 days. Oh well I guess that means my tren will only be used for 7 weeks instead of 8. I guess that is no biggie really. I wonder if when I start the anadrol in 4 weeks if I should only start at 25mg at first. Ive never taken it before. I was also thinking about adding in 200mg Masteron E per week when I start the anadrol to limit the water retention.

Had an incredible training session today. The gains just keep on coming. Surprised I was so strong since yesterdays session was so intense. Finally got out 4 plates per side on the HS Shoulder Press. Been wanting that for ever. Will not go any higher and just let the reps increase each week now. Cant go any heavier on Lateral Raise Machine and Tricep ext machine as they are all maxed out. The DB also only go up to 125 so overhead tricep ext is maxed out as well. I am pretty much maxing out everything there is at the gym. Only can go for reps and slower reps going forward. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get shredded!!!



Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I can really feel this cycle. I am sweating like a pig all the time. Just soaked in the gym and at night in bed I wake up a little damp. Not too bad like many have said about Tren sweats but its definitely making the body hotter.

Had a decent leg session today. Was 4 lbs lighter than last weeks leg session so it was more intense. Did the same weights on my working sets and went less reps on the cybex as I wanted to make sure form was the goal. Went slower and deeper. Same thing with Hack Squats but ended up getting a REP PR thats cool. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead!!!

Had a really good session today. Got PR's on everything except Pushdowns. At least I matched it though. Went from 3 to 5 reps on incline bench at 315 from 6 weeks ago. Also cranked out 25 BW dips towards the end of the session. They felt so damn light. LOL. Wish they had a belt to add weight at this gym. Oh well. I refuse to buy another piece to haul around in the gym bag. Its already loaded up and heavy enough. Ok everyone have a good few days of training to finish of the week. Will be back tomorrow for a light back day.

Didnt quite go light today like planned. LOL. Had a good solid session. Not bad considering I got about 2 hours sleep last night. Damn cpap sucks when I don't shave. Air just blows all around the seal. Will shave today so I can get good sleep. Just kept waking up and decided to have a protein shake and protein bar each time. Did this twice. Had a decent session today. Got out a couple more PR's. Also increased Semaglutide dose from .5mg to 1mg per week for the final 5 weeks left of this cycle. I can already feel the increased semaglutide dosage making me full. Not even hungry after workout. Will be a challenge getting my protein levels in each day from here on out. Went in and did squats for the first time since early April. Just for the feel of it and nothing hard. Lots left in the tank just wanted to get a feel for it again since its been over 4 months. Semaglutide really starting to kick my ass now. Not hungry at all. Will be a challenge to eat enough. Weight is really starting to drop fast now. Expect 3 lbs per week for the next few weeks. Ok everyone have a good push to the end of the week. Will be back on Friday for Chest/Tri's.

Lowered weights today and did explosive positive and slow negative on first 3 chest exercises. 1/2 sec positive 2-3 sec negative. Spending weekend with my daughter. Going to eat what ever I want. Will most likely still be in deficit as hunger is dead on semaglutide. Finally got below 250 lbs today!!! Ok everyone have a nice weekend.
