SS: Cable low row neutral w/ rope cable pullovers 3x15/15
Barbell row 1x15, 4x12
Rack pulls 2x15, 3x10
Barbell shrugs 3x12
Supported KB high row 3x15
Reverse Pec Dec 3x15

Triceps & Front/Side delts tomorrow.

Decided to have a Frozen Pizza for dinner last night. I was kinda excited based on the box.

SS: Seated DB calf raises w/ standing calf raises 3x20/15

Brother, I have to have some dirty food and stuff like baked goods in order to keep cals up. I can't eat 2900-3000 cals of clean food. (6oz chicken breast & 1 cup rice is only around 400 cals)

No training for the next 4 days, time for some down time with the family.
Short beach vacay starts tomorrow.

Vacay was cool. Ate everything I could and no training for four days.
Friday I was back in the gym for a PUSH session.
I treated these sessions and the rest of this week as a deload. (decreased volume and nothing even close to failure.)
Pec Dec 3x20
Incline2 DB press 3x15

Seated DB side laterals 3x12

Saturday I trained Legs.

Sunday was PULL session.
