You very well could have created an environment for nutrition partitioning and you could have improved your insulin sensitivities.
The way we live and the way we eat will reduce our insulin sensitivities and sometimes getting into a catabolic state will improve this.
You went into this with the right attitude that you're not afraid to lose weight because this is the ultimate sacrifice in order to get things back on track.
Peeling back the layers and putting yourself in a better position to be more anabolic in the future is what's important.
Remember how you feel and remember these adjustments you made.
In the future if you noticed that things are starting to slow down, you can just simply incorporate fasted cardio and that will reset everything. Until that slows down.
This was interesting to follow man although I did not say much I was reading because I was waiting for the end results.

Good log but no pictures ?
Dnp low dose is good on here as you are able to train hard and heavy still but the fat burning isn’t so powerful I’ve done many dnp cycle as high as 600 but could no train or get out of bed going to the toilet was hard the heat is unbearable 2 fans blowing on me felt like hot air and I couldn’t drop my calories below 6000 because of how hungry it made me and still lost 4lbs with no cardio so this was still stupid and never been at that dosage since that was 6 years ago

Now..

I do 1 hour 30 on 300mg and loose very fast 400 is the sweet spot but you cannot lift either on 400 but still can do cardio so it’s good for now when gyms shut

Dnp doesn’t burn muscle from what I’ve read it only targets fat and carbohydrates so protein isn’t affected like t3 or clen which target all three fat muscle calories carbs protein fats

I’ve heard it burns fat cells completely but not sure how true that is but the improved insulin sensitivity is great your blood sugar runs high while on it you are basically diabetic hence why carbs can’t be stored. It’s been shown to kill cancer cells and is now in phase one trials again.

I try to run it 2 weeks then take a break run it another 2 weeks but this cycle will be 3 weeks straight

I look like coat hanger atm. The only thing that keeps me going now is the feeling when you after 10 week of npp introduce high tren ace with superdrol...and your body is changing daily. Cant wait...

You see because of moving to another country and some life difficulties which I dont like to talk about I had long break from gym and everything,and every single day I dreamed about going back to it. I had 5 years every day researching how I can make myself superhuman as fast as possible. If you see this avatar, I was 20 in that photo and had to stop.
Before this lockdown I was back in gym and brought back 32 kg back very fast...people been thinking I am some alien or wtf. I was going and training so crazy...and again..just after cycle..gym closed..and first only 2 weeks...and these 2 weeks are now more than a year..what unlucky I am..:(

About m1t, I can tell you,at least in my case is way better for mass than anadrol...some may disagree but I assure you..take 30-50mg day for 4 weeks and you will see

I can relate brother I’m on bail from court over stupid shit can’t wait for it to end see social worker Monday maybe court 21st then it’s out my life
